My mate and I play and we've both had similar (but not the same) issues with various VOIP setups.
When using Steam voice chat, both his and my in-game sound suffers massive reduction, like it's slashed by 90%.
When using Skype, my in-game sound suffers massive reduction, like it's slashed by 90%, but my mate suffers no degradation of sound.
When using Discord, no problems. So, we use discord.
Please Help.
