Finished KOTET today. It was quite a ride and I must say that I'm a bit perplexed how they would continue the story from this. This pretty much tied all loose ends and I wonder what's going to happen after this. This is KOTET and it ended in Chapter 9, unlike KOTFE. What's going to happen now? Is this it, the end?

In my opinion KOTET was superior to KOTFE (especially when compared to the monthly chapters released after the KOTFE launch).

It is an awesome ride. Maybe after a while a new thread emerges - some Messages after ending the last chapter give maybe a hint.
Even if I like KOTFE - KOTET is just some numbers better for sure.

Yeah, they did hint something at the end though it sounded like everything is back to "normal". I'm still missing the padawans and apprentices. Kira, Jaesa, Ashara.... Where art thou?

By the way, did you notice that the aspect ratio is wrong in your screenshots? Did the resolution accidentally change (to 16:10 resolution while the screen actually has 16:9 ratio)? SWTOR tends to correct that so it might look right when you play but the screenshots will turn out wrong.

mmh -- strange. I can't see it. Not here on my office PC or at home- not in the FRAPS Folder or in my upload (TinyPic )
Will double check it.

Which decision was the hardest to make for you ?

I struggled in my 2 playthroughs always between Vette and Torian - so brutal. Both helped you so much. But it fits more the Mandalorian philosophy if he dies in battle then Vette's

This is how they should look with corrected ratio 16:10 to 16:9 - no more stretched vertically:

Since now the UI looks wrong it's definitely caused by non-native display resolution (SWTOR compensates that but it doesn't affect UI). It's likely that your screen is 1920x1080 yet for some reason SWTOR uses 1920x1200. In some cases SWTOR gets the display aspect ratio wrong (usually when the display has a native resolution of 1920x1080 yet for some reason the display reports that it also supports 1920x1200 resolution) and in that case you may have to use some workarounds.

Yeah, that's pretty damn hard choice. Feels worse that the Ashley vs. Kaidan decision since you have probably spend so much time with Vette and Torian. It's definitely a Mandalorian way to die in battle bu the way it actually happened.... Felt pretty bad. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my current playthrough.

Thank you - it was indeed in the game set to 1920 x 1200 - but the recommended native on my screen is 1920 x 1080.
So to set the game to 1920 x 1080 may help?
Or can I set the screen to 1900 x 1200 ?

1920x1080 is the resolution you should use.

By the way... I've been wondering if Vitiate/Valkorion used the same trick that Darth Nihilus used to consume those planets?

According to his Father - it seems most likely he did.

Your tip did work - thank you for that. a lot of pics are wrong, cause I didn't see it. I am to lazy to sort them out, though.
My smuggler ( Koth LI ) is through - and she had some nice scenes with him :)

Ooookay, made a Sith Assassin and a Republic Commando to see what happens with the new character generation. Assassins start with an electrostaff and the commando starts with an assault cannon.

Oh and if you ever got those 2015 Cantina awards unlocked like I did I noticed a pitfall: The temptation to keep rerolling a character to get a nifty dye module or other prize.
:?

(The Assassin is essentially a reroll of Faiyte and since I was out of ideas the commando is... er, Roadblock from the 80s GI Joe comic book series by Marvel. Though I used the characters real name of Marvin instead of his codename.)

No screenshots yet, when I get around to starting their tales I'll probably start posting screenshots.
