Finding Car Batteries

Hello,

currently working on Car Repair task for Therapist. I normally have no issue with finding items for tasks, However the car battery seems to be eluding me. I noticed in previous patches that the battery seemed to spawn often in the sports bags and began selling them to save room in my stash. But since the more recent patches I cants seem to find them at all. I've done dozens of runs on woods searching the normal spawn points and I've done dozens of runs on shoreline searching sports bags, toolboxes, and wooden toolboxes. in that time I've found 0 Car batteries. However I have found a few GM-counters. Does anyone know a sure spawn for batteries in this patch? how rare did they make the spawn? did they move the spawn to the marked circles?
