When is your app considered to be doing good?

Hi,

I released my app 2 weeks ago, the first day I got 300 installs because of a Reddit post I made. After that it really slowed down to 40-50 (one day was 60) installs a day which are now all organic. Is this good? Am I off to a good start or will I start to see a drastic decline in organic installs over time?

Now this is mainly directed towards the Google play store. Does anyone have any experience in this?

Also I'm in the works of promoting and trying to get coverage from multiple websites but that isn't guaranteed.

Please help.
